African American Forum Capital Campaign –

A Vision of Unity for our Community

For more than fifteen years, the African American Forum has placed an emphasis on unity in the word Community.   We are committed to developing programs that support and highlight the artistic, cultural and educational achievements of African Americans.    We are ready to embark on the next step toward realizing this vision – a Capital Campaign to raise funds for a multi-purpose facility that will not only house the offices of the African American Forum, Inc., but will also accommodate retail and office space, and serve as a community meeting and event venue. 

We are committed to bringing our vision to fruition but we cannot do it without your help!  We ask that you consider making a donation to our Capital Campaign Fund.    We also request that you help us spread the word and engage the Lexington-Bluegrass regional community in helping us realize our dream.   Your contribution to the African American Forum Capital Campaign Fund represents more than just a financial commitment.   Every donation, no matter how large or small gets us one step closer to a dream of having a destination that enhances the cultural diversity of our community!  Our new facility will be a brick and mortar embodiment of Unity in our Community.   It is only through the support of our entire community that our vision will come to life.
