The Embassy Suites Lexington is proud to be the Official Host Hotel of the 2012 19th Annual African American Ball. A special discount rate of $109 per night is being offered to all guests attending this year’s event. This is a per-room rate, based on double occupancy and does not include tax and gratuity. This price includes a Complimentary Cooked-to-Order Breakfast to start your day the next morning. By the way, you don't want to miss the nightly Manager's Reception in the atrium of the lobby - offering a variety of cold beverages, light snacks and warm conversation. It's a great way to unwind at the end of a long day on the evening of your arrival... It just doesn't get any better than this!
There are two convenient ways to make your reservation:
1. Call (Toll-free) 1.800.EMBASSY (362.2779) or 859.455.5000 in Lexington. When a guest services representative comes on the line, you must request the 2012 African American Ball Group Rate before you place your reservation to take advantage of the $109 special discount rate; or

Availability is subject to change daily; so don’t wait until the last minute and get left out in the cold on the night of the event. Make your reservations today and save!
All individual reservations must be received by the cutoff date, Friday, January 20, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. EST in order to guarantee the special discount room rate of $109 per night. This special rate is valid 2 days prior to and after the function. Reservations placed after the cutoff date will be taken on a “space and availability” basis.
The hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-in prior to the hotel’s check-in time is subject to availability. Room assignment prior to that time is also on an availability basis. Upon check-in, guests will be asked to verify their departure date. At that time, your scheduled departure date can be altered. Changes made thereafter may be subject to an additional administrative fee. Departure extensions are based on availability.
The hotel checkout time is 12:00 noon. Any deviation must be communicated through the front office. Confirmation of late checkout is based on expected occupancy for that day.
No particular room, room type, location of room or section of the hotel can be guaranteed.
In the event of a particular room type being depleted, the next most suitable room will be assigned.
In the event of an emergency, room reservations need to be canceled by 6:00 p.m. EST, on the day of your scheduled arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax charge. |
